Welcome to the Atlanta Hawkeyes store. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from it. The store is operated by Trendy Atlas LLC, doing business as The Atlanta Hawkeyes ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products Are Made to Order

Every item we sell is custom-made for you after you place your order. Nothing is sitting on a shelf. Your shirt, hat, mug, or sticker is printed or produced individually by our fulfillment partner, Printful, once your order is confirmed. Because of this:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or changes of preference.
• Please check size charts carefully before ordering. We cannot change a size once production has started.
• Cancellations are generally not possible once your order enters production.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We stand behind what we make. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at sales@theatlantahawkeyes.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will, at our option, replace the item or refund your purchase price. This remedy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

4. Shipping

Items are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only — delays can happen, especially during peak seasons. Shipping charges shown at checkout are based on the actual cost to fulfill your order. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your package. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier first, then us.

5. Intellectual Property

The Atlanta Hawkeyes is a work of satire and parody. All designs, text, images, and branding on this site are owned by us or used under license, and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written permission. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Atlanta Hawks, the Iowa Hawkeyes, the NBA, or the NCAA.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site — no scraping our catalog to resell, no attempting to disrupt checkout, no fraudulent orders. We may cancel any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
